Initial Discussion

Initial Discussion happens at a location of your choice. During this discussion, our consultants will have an in-depth discussion with you about the kind of jewellery you want to commission. Whether you want to remodel or create something new, they will capture your preferences so that we craft a unique creation to represent your style. At the end of this discussion, we will have captured your specific requirements which will then be shared with you for approval.

Choose Stone

Based on your requirements, we will help you choose your desired sparkling stone. Whether you are looking for a perfectly cut Diamond, a stunning Blue Sapphire, a beautiful Burmese Ruby or an enchanting Zambian Emerald, it will be our pleasure to show you the difference in appearance, beauty and price to enable you to find an option that is just right in quality and cost for your requirements.

Hand Design

Once you have approved the requirements and your sparkling stone, we will assign a designer to draw a number of handmade pictures to present options to you. Your shortlisted design will be improved further until the designer comes up with a design that you are happy and delighted with.

Computer Aided Design

We can create a computer aided 3D model of your design if you want to find out what your piece of Jewellery will actually look like, before finalising the design for crafting.

Signing off your design

After the design is approved, it is sent for manufacturing. All jewellery is made here locally in UK. We guarantee value for money by providing you a certificate for your sparkling stone, hallmarking on the metal and an insurance valuation. So you know exactly what you are paying for and receiving.

The final Unveiling

Finally, your finished jewellery will be presented to you, ready for you to collect, perhaps even more beautiful than you dreamed it would be.

FAQs

I’m getting engaged and want to design a special ring, but I don’t know where to begin!

Bespoke engagement rings are our speciality – so even if you have no idea what you’re looking for, we can help you create something your loved one will want to wear and admire forever.

How does the process work, and how long will it take to finish my jewellery?

Start to finish, the process of creating a bespoke piece of jewellery typically takes around 2-3 weeks to complete.

We begin with an easy-going conversation, during which we will talk to you about your exact requirements. We’ll ask you to sketch a few ideas for us – but don’t worry, you don’t have to be an expert designer.

We will then present you with some 3D-rendered designs to choose from, and will keep on doing this until you find the one that’s right for you. Then begins the process of bringing your design to life, with its expert manufacture in the UK that ends with a final unveiling of the finished piece!

You will be involved and consulted with at every stage of the process, as we understand the need for everything to be completely right for you.

Where is the jewellery made? How can I tell the quality of the stones and metals you use?

We are exceptionally proud of every piece of jewellery we create, and everything is (hand) crafted in the UK from ethically sourced stones.

All the stones and precious metals we use are appropriately hallmarked and certified, and we can provide full information for insurance valuation purposes.

Creating bespoke jewellery sounds like an expensive process. How do you make it affordable?

We have no expensive shop front, and we hold no stock – everything we create is bespoke and crafted to order. This massively reduces our overheads and enables us to make bespoke jewellery a possibility for many more people.

We are confident that we are able to discuss and work within your stated budget.

Is the jewelry certified / hallmarked?

Yes, all of our jewellery is hallmarked for quality. We also only use certified gems in our creations. You will be provided with a certificate of authentication on the delivery of any jewelry you purchase from us.

Where are you located, can I visit your office to see the ready jewellery?

Our office is located in Barking; however, we do not have a physical store as this allows us to keep our overheads to a minimum and actually provide our customers with unique creations at affordable prices. We are happy to visit you at a location of convenience and are always happy to bring examples of our work to show you.
