    FAQs

I'm getting engaged and want to design a special ring, but I don't know where to begin!

Bespoke engagement rings are our speciality – so even if you have no idea what you’re looking for, we can help you create something your loved one will want to wear and admire forever.

How does the process work, and how long will it take to finish my jewellery?

Start to finish, the process of creating a bespoke piece of jewellery typically takes around 3-4 weeks to complete.

We begin with a short discovery call to discuss your needs (contact me to schedule this call at no charge), then agree a time for a design consultation (£200 fee refundable against any purchase) which involves a conversation about your exact requirements, tastes and ideas etc. I’ll ask you to send me some inspiration you have found online or even ask you to sketch out a few ideas if you like. Whatever helps us share a true understanding of your desired outcome.

I will then create some 3D-rendered computer designs for you to view and choose from, and will keep on doing this until you find the one that’s right for you.

Then begins the process of bringing your design to life, with expert manufacture in Hatton Garden, London that ends with a final unveiling of the finished piece in person in a place to suit you in or around London.

You will be involved and consulted with at every stage of the process, as I understand the need for everything to be completely right for you.

Where is the jewellery made? How can I tell the quality of the stones and metals you use?

We are exceptionally proud of every piece of jewellery we create, and everything is handcrafted in London from ethically sourced stones.

All the stones and precious metals we use are appropriately hallmarked and certified, and we provide full information for insurance valuation purposes.

Creating bespoke jewellery sounds like an expensive process. How do you make it affordable?

We have no expensive shop front, and we hold no stock – everything we create is bespoke and crafted to order. This massively reduces our overheads and enables us to make bespoke jewellery a possibility for many more people.

We are confident that we are able to discuss and work within your stated budget.

Is the jewellery certified / hallmarked?

Yes, all of our jewellery is hallmarked for quality. We also only use certified gems in our creations. You will be provided with a certificate of authentication on the delivery of any jewelry you purchase from us.

Where are you located, can I visit your office to see the ready jewellery?

Our office is located in London (Barking); however, we are glad to visit you at a location of convenience and are always happy to bring examples of our work to show you.
